CAMPUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM 2025

PROGRAM STRUCTURES

TRAINING
The core program comprises 5 module. Each module will have a 2-3 hours interactive live video training, delivered every 2 months. The structure is designed to minimize the intrusion into their study. Each Module is supported with a comprehensive workbook and related assignment.
EXPERT MEET
During the program minimum 3 expert talk session will organized. Experts are from leather, footwear and allied industry will share their experiences.
ON JOB LEARNING
Delegates will assign Footwear Exchange activities during 1-year program ad-hoc basis. They need to give 25-30 hours / month apart of training and expert talk.

Module Title: Know Thyself

EXPECTED OUTCOME

After this training Footwear Exchange Ambassadors can develop their long-term Personal Development Plan

This training course helps participants develop important skills to achieve more in professional and personal life.

Campus ambassador will perform on-job learning by doing their assignment from Footwear Exchange.

EXPECTED OUTCOME

Campus Ambassador can get involved with many different types of work allowing you to develop skills that you already have as well as gain new ones. We expect by working different project and regular task-based activities, campus ambassadors sharpen your communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills and teamwork. There are lot of intangible benefit campus ambassadors can create themselves by using this platform.
